In accordance with global property law, we charge a buyer fee of 3% on properties we sell. Some property agents will advise you that they do not charge a buyer fee on new build or resale properties, in which case you need to ask yourself one question; how do they make a living? The answer is simple, they receive commissions much in excess of 3% from the sellers, who inevitably reflect this in the purchase price. We prefer not to do that, be independent and negotiate the best deal for you.
